The introductory workshop by Art of Moxa in Melbourne comes back in October!
This introductory workshop offered as the opening gate of KINITSUKYU method. It is designed for everyone who is interested in learning our way of moxa for any purpose -for your self-care regimen, home remedy for family members, professional development as a therapist, or all of them.
In this 4-hour workshop, you will learn the basic theory and principles of moxa and the KINITSUKYU method, how to handle moxa incense and the incense holder, and the basic skills and sequences of self-care and family care in a casual but intensive hands-on learning environment.
You can buy the equipment (moxa holder, $130) and the moxa incense (1 packet, $25) at the venue, but the purchases are optional and only applicable to those who need them for their self-care practice at home.
