Sharing all the moxibustion skills and the effectiveness of KINITSUKYU method -that is our utmost priority.
We want as many practitioners with passion and interest to be equipped with this modality, and as many people in need to learn this healing method for their home remedy and self-care regimen.
Our learning course consists of the following three parts:
SELF-CARE MOXA WORKSHOP
4 hours, On-site
This introductory workshop is offered as the opening gate of KINITSUKYU method. It is for everyone interested in learning our way of moxa for any purpose- for your self-care regimen, home remedy for family members, professional development as a therapist, or all of them.
In this 4-hour workshop, you will learn the basic theory and principles of KINITSUKYU method, how to handle moxa incense and the incense holder, and the basic skills and sequences of self-care and family care in a casual but intensive hands-on learning environment.
ONLINE MOXA Self-care Club: Moxies
Approx. 1 hour, Online Learning
Since September 2026, we have launched a new platform, Moxies Self-care Club, and started offering an online learning option for those who are keen on our method but cannot make it to the on-site workshops in Australia.
By placing your order for our moxa starter kit on the store page and having it delivered to your door, you can start practising the KINITSUKYU method of moxibustion by watching the instructional videos and following the sequence of the self-care regimen on the pages.
This members’ club page also serves as a platform for the previous workshop attendees to review, follow up, and refine the practice of moxa self-care with continuously updated content and practical tips.
Club entry and the membership fee are permanently free of charge for people who have purchased our moxa products and started their moxa journey with us.
MOXIBUSTIONIST TRAINING COURSE
3 modules, 40 hours, $1870 incl. GST for each module
Upon participating in the on-site introductory workshop and/or learning through the online materials on the members’ page platform, you will be eligible to join our training course for aspiring health practitioners.
The training course comprises the following three modules:
Module 1: Nagashi, Ho Sha, Qurumi -The basic skills and therapeutic sequences of KINITSUKYU method.
Module 2: Upper/Middle/Lower Jiao -The advanced approach to deep tissues and internal organs in KINITSUKYU method.
Module 3: Tsubo and Nami -The advanced approach to Traditional Eastern Asian medicine’s 12 channels and 12 organs in KINITSUKYU method.
The workshop and the course fees above do not include the cost of moxa incense and the equipment used for performing KINITSUKYU method.
